In order to provide timely services in a transparent manner to Indian community in different countries, the MADAD portal, which was initiated by MEA as a Consular Grievances Management System for registering and redressing complaints, has now been modified as a Consular Services Management System with the additional facility of Registration by Indian students. Those who have any complaint or want to give a feedback regarding the service of this mission with regard to passports, OCI cards or any other consular matter are requested to register them on MADAD the MEA's Monitoring Portal.
